Teams,
On November 6, 2025, we were scheduled to host games from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
However, due to a scheduling discrepancy between TC Flag Football and the National Sports Center, our rental time was shortened, ending play at 11:00 PM—one hour earlier than planned.
As a result:
We’ve since resolved the scheduling issue, and all future weeks will run through 12:00 AM as intended. That said, we do need to make up the second missed Titan game.
To accomplish this without cutting playoff rounds or extending games past midnight, we will make the following temporary schedule adjustment on November 20th:
-
Games that evening will run in three rounds.
-
Warrior Division teams will play both of their double-header games at 12-minute halves.
-
Titan Division teams will play one game at 12-minute halves and their second game at the standard 15-minute halves.
This approach ensures every team receives equal game opportunities while maintaining the integrity of our playoff structure.
We understand this isn’t ideal, but it’s the fairest solution to keep the season on track without extending games into late hours.
All updated game times are now reflected in the official schedule. Please review your team’s matchups for November 20th.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

TC Flag Football – Saturday Night League Update
Captains & Players,
We wanted to share a few important schedule updates and reminders for our Saturday Night Fall League.
Please take a moment to review the changes below, as they impact upcoming games, bye weeks, and playoff structure.
🗓 This Week’s Schedule Update
To improve league flow and reduce resource strain, we’ve made a few key adjustments to this week’s matchups and field assignments.
What’s changing:
-
The following games, originally scheduled for October 4th, have been moved up and will now be played this Saturday:
-
Soakers vs Venom
-
IBW vs Venom
-
As a result, Venom’s bye week shifts from September 21st to October 4th.
✅ Why the Change?
This scheduling move allows us to:
-
Reduce field usage from 5 fields to 4, easing staffing needs for the remainder of the season
-
Eliminate field conflicts with our 5’s division
-
Create a smoother experience for all teams involved
📌 Additional Notes:
-
October 4 & October 11: Minor changes to game times and field assignments on these dates will also be made to continue optimizing field usage and scheduling. Expect changes to be made by noon today.
-
October 11: Play-in games for both the upper and lower divisions will take place between seeds #6 vs #7.
-
October 18: Playoffs remain as scheduled. 5’s division games will be played on this date.
